Our broodmares are the foundation of Cadence Quarter Horses. Selected for pedigree, performance, temperament and the qualities they can pass forward, our mares represent proven cow horse, cutting, campdrafting and western performance bloodlines from Australia and the United States.

    Bred to work a cow, Hope comes from generations of proven American performance bloodlines. An injury as a two-year-old, followed by the disruptions of COVID, limited her opportunities in the show pen, but never her willingness to compete. Her first foal is now being started and is already showing exceptional natural ability and cow sense.

    From a long line of award-winning mares, Reba established herself as a proven performer before injury cut her show career short, earning both State and National titles. She has gone on to be equally valuable as a broodmare, producing foals that have achieved multiple State and National titles of their own and continue to perform successfully in the show ring.

Although an early injury prevented her from being shown, she has proven herself in the breeding barn, consistently producing correct, athletic and eye-catching foals when crossed with cow-bred stallions.

    Dual registered AQHA and Australian Stock Horse, Lashes was bred for versatility. A granddaughter of Binnia Impressive Destiny, by Acres Destiny, she carries strong campdrafting bloodlines, while her dam was both a competitive campdrafter and trained to advanced dressage. She brings athleticism, trainability and genuine all-round ability to our broodmare band.
